The componentz theme is coded as per WordPress standards so it’s really easy to export and import all its settings to another WordPress installation which is powered by this theme.
Plugin Installation 
To start this process, please install first the Customizer Export/Import plugin. You can navigate to the plugins page of your admin by going to Plugins - Add New.
Then type Customizer Export/Import in the search box on the right side. After you find the plugin click the Install Now button and next Activate.
Exporting/Importing Options
By installing the Customizer Export/Import plugin you can access the export/import tool by navigating to the theme customizer page where the Export/Import settings are now available.
Export
To export all your saved theme options click the Export button. This will generate a .dat file that you save to your computer.
Import
If you’ve previously exported the theme options from a website you can simply import the file by selecting it from your computer. Then you choose if you wish to import the theme options images, this includes, for example, custom headers, logos, etc. Finish the steps by clicking the Import button.
