In order to access this feature, you need to navigate to the theme customizer page where the settings below are available.
Once you are on the customizer control panel, please visit the Front Page & Blog section to set an extra feature for the front/blog page.
Free Options 
PLEASE NOTE: The website tagline is not displayed by default in the theme output. In order to enable the option, you need to install the Kirki Customizer Framework. After the plugin is installed, you can access the option Front Page Header Content – Jumbotron where you can set the Website Tagline to be displayed on the blog page.
