In order to access this feature, you need to navigate to the theme customizer page where the settings below are available.
Once you are on the customizer control panel, please visit the Typography - Header Navigation section, where you can set the menu font for your website.
Free Options 
- Header Navigation Font ( :link ) – this option sets the typography of the header menu
Link Styling
- Hover Color ( :hover ) – this option sets the header menu text hover color
- Sticky Header Text Color – this option sets the header menu text color in the sticky header
Dropdown Menu
Link Styling
- Color ( :link ) – controls the dropdown menu text color
- Hover Color ( :hover ) – controls the dropdown menu text active/hover color
